By commissioning me you are automatically agreeing to the stated terms below.

I will receive payment after the initial sketch is approved. Then and only then will I continue work on the commission.Any attempt to charge back or avoid payment is an immediate blacklist. I will be free to use the sketch or whatever completed work I do have done to use on other pieces or commissions to recover any possible losses.I have the ability to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason. Please keep dm’s and messaging respectful. Any unprompted sexual, racist, homophobic, or otherwise inappropriate messaging or images will most likely result in a cancellation of your art without refund.I can attempt to make changes and tweaks at any point for you during the commission process, especially marking issues, but I may not be able to accommodate major changes to lines and other features if too much of the piece is done at the time it’s asked.All commissioners must be at least 16+ years of age, and financially responsible for their own decisions while choosing to commission me. I will not support minors who charge a parent or guardians card without permission, this is an immediate blacklist.All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong to me. I retain the rights to monetize and advertise my art in any way I choose, and my work may not be used for commercial use unless otherwise stated for an additional fee. You will not use my art as NFT’s or run it through generative AI in any way or form.
